So yeah, I am definitely excited about the upcoming NIN concert. I am going with my love, who is amazing. Life is acceptably good. Work has been going as well as you could really expect from a job. Im registered for more classes, which I suppose means I am going to have to start caring about grammer and all that jazz. Ill be taking English (more, ugh), math, and French. I am going to be crazy busy. Im really going to try and focus on school because I want to be able to do well in all these classes. Well, English I dont care about as long as I get a B. But I will need the math for physics, which I really want to be good at.... I dont know why I just like physics, it makes sense to me, it makes everything follow laws, laws that cannot be broken, except for through theoretical physics, which interests me even more. I am a nerd... and a tremendous dork. (Speaking of which I just started reading Foundation by Asimov, very cool stuff.) And obviously French is important since being fluent in it is required for my eventual degree (World Language and Business). Yeah, Im thinking of taking the necessary classes for that and then also taking political science classes and psyc/soc; I want to basically be able to do any job involving speaking foreign languages in other cultures, and be damn good at it. Im planning on learning French and Spanish to start, then branching off into either (or eventually all) German, Farsi, Arabic, and other random European languages. I know I wont be able to learn them all.. but yeah, start with the two and go from there. And Ill also be attempting to learn as much physics as I can (at least until I begin to hate it like everyone else), just because I am a tremendous nerd. So yes, that is my update, those are my thoughts, those I make public anyway. I hope you enjoyed it. I know I did. Hope to see you all eventually...

I am so bored with my english class; it is incredibly annoying. I just want to shoot myself in the head and get it over with. They hand me a vague topic and tell me I have to find a source in a huge database without any real, coherent search system. They also give me a source I'm required to use that has a quasi-thesis of "fuck you, oh and you as well". I cannot stand this assignment. I have no idea how I could possibly pass and all I really want to do is quit. I am so tired but I need to get this done and I don't have any time.
I work the next seven days in a row. And they are all full shifts, its not as though some of them are short shifts or anything.... To make my job even better they are moving the one person I get along with remotely well to a different department.
I feel like Ender in book one, except no one is watching me. No one will care how I react. They probably don't even realize how much misery they are causing me.
I don't see a point. I really don't. All it is doing for me is driving me insane. I just want to sleep in and relax for a few days without worrying about getting fired or not finishing an assignment.
The only thing I found that made me remotely happy was finding a bunch of audiobooks free through the school. They have a bunch of teach yourself (insert some awesome language here) books! But even that isn't really useful because I don't have any time.

I don't know what to do. I can't even start on this paper and the rough draft is due on Sunday. Its not as though I'll have time to work on it other than when I need to be sleeping...

| So, I really hate work and school. They take up so much time... it makes me crazy. It seems like Im always rushing these days. Things have been really great with me and Brittany, despite all the crap were both having to deal with. Between her family and my... life... I dont know how we do it. Well, I think at least for me a lot of it is possible because of her. She makes it all worth it. But I still really wish I had another option. I think Ive got a few ideas but I need to look into it more and Im going to have to stick with my current situation for a while no matter what. Honestly, I just wish I had enough money for something shiny...(edit: and the whole kidney stone thing, I wish that wasnt there...)
